Weekly Meal Ideas, June 8-15, 2016

Each week I will post some meal ideas that use ingredients on sale for that week. I would love to know if you try any of them and how you liked them.

Breakfasts:

Stuffed Blueberry French Toast with Maple Orange Syrup

Bell Pepper Egg Rings

Kashi or Mom’s Best Cereal and milk

Easy Mango Smoothie Bowl

Whole wheat toast with Skippy natural peanut butter

Chobani or Fage yogurt topped with fresh fruit

Lunch:

PB&J

Grilled Chicken and Strawberry Salad Wrap

Leftovers from dinner

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Chicken Strawberry Salad

Spicy Roasted Vegetable Macaroni and Cheese

 

Dinner:

Southwestern Stuffed Peppers

Buttermilk Baked Chicken (I used a little dried thyme instead of fresh and used Panko bread crumbs instead of corn flakes)

Real Food Sloppy  Joes (use the ground turkey on sale instead of ground beef)

Herb Crusted Pork Chops (I used dried herbs instead of fresh)

Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps (use the Romaine lettuce that is on sale instead of Bibb)

 

Snacks:

Signature Kitchens applesauce cups

Triscuits with cheese

Triscuits with Skippy natural peanut butter

Red Bell Pepper slices

Fresh fruit

Walnuts

Chobani or Fage yogurt with or without fruit

Cucumber slices dipped in Greek yogurt Tzatziki

 

Dessert:

Brown Sugar Baked Peaches
